I heard the gb is selling property and moving to canada and other places? If they are moving does anyone know the reason?

Is the gilead school ending and if so do you have the letter declaring it?

Has the wt also stopped sending missionarys to rural areas and now only to cities as the six screen says? six screens yuk!

I am not asking for anything doctrine related but i would like to know about any and all changes regarding location changes , position changes , schools, and anything about the happenings at their facilities not kingdom halls.

city overseer? Does anyone have a list of all jw positions and titles?

i never heard of a jw city overseer and that makes me wonder about what else i haven't heard of.

i would like to know more about other positions titles etc such as what their titles are and what they do for the wtbs.

and that the anglo-american world power is the last world power we'll see before the end of the system of things.

Looking to learn about the departments and structure of how they are organized and operate. What takes place there during the day to day operations. If anybody has anything that would explain this stuff to me i would appreciate it.

The JWs are imperfect, so what?

this is a common reply to any evidence given about false doctrines taught by the witnesses.. we all know that every religion has its faults and scandals.

so why do we tolerate these imperfections in those faiths and not in the witnesses?.

my answer: because other faiths admit that they are basing their doctrines on faith alone or tradition.

Is there a religion that would ever say they are perfect and don't make mistakes? Has any relgion ever said that they don't have any problems in their religion?

Religion is the reason for most of the wars.

Catholics with their pedophile problem and love idols and traditions, crazy penetcostals who dance with snakes, bomb crazy muslims, churchs with their fake healings and constantly begging for your money. Lets not also forget the dark ages where people were kept in the dark as far as the bible and tarred and featherd or tortured for going against the church.

I would say if your going to judge a religion judge them all equally with the same measuring stick. I can point out a hundred problems with every religion.

Is it ethical to make rich pay more taxes?

i'm having trouble getting behind the idea of making rich people pay more taxes just because they have more.. aside from the obvious: "i'm not rich so lets tax them instead of me.

" the three reasons i hear most often are:.

1: they may have "earned" their wealth but they don't deserve it!.

Here is a question for you... Is it right for the financial burden to be put on the backs of the poor just because they are poor? Because they can't defend themselves because they are poor?

Is it fair the corporations who make billions of dollars in profit cry about a 35% tax rate and yet do not pay the 35% tax rate?
because they use tax loopholes they pay 0 in taxes and contriubte little to society?

Is it fair that small businesses are an "s corporation" where an owner of a business will make 200,000 a year and only pay himself a small percentage of that money say.. maybe 15,000 and only be taxed on the 15,000 instead of the 200,000? Meanwhile he is living like a king and contributing little to society.

The rich do not create jobs... Demand creates jobs if there is no demand there are no new businesses, expansion and hiring of additional employees. In fact without demand we have lay offs businesses close and the economy slows down. If you want to have a robust economy and plenty of profit we need to stop worrying about how to put even more money in the hands of the rich but we should be looking at tax breaks for the poor and ways to put more money in the hands of the masses who will spend spend spend and actually create demand.
